_Testing_CoreGraphics cross-import overlay

A Swift Testing cross-import overlay for CoreGraphics that bridges the two frameworks, declaring no public types of its own. When you import both Swift Testing and CoreGraphics, this overlay enables CoreGraphics images to be attached to tests through attachable image formats, so you can capture and record image output as part of your test results.
